Simon has been in the Financial Services Industry since 1987, He is the Co Director and owner of Oxford Mortgage Company and lives with his partner and 2 sons in Oxfordshire. Simon works from the Bicester Office and enjoys meeting with his clients looking after their mortgage and protection needs. Simon loves his cars, fishing and golf as well as a nice glass of wine preferably on the beach somewhere hot.

Having an interest in real estate and mathematics means the role of a mortgage advisor comes naturally to Jay. As a mathematics graduate Jay entered the world of estate agency and gained valuable experience and a wider understanding of the buying and selling process. Exposure to the mortgage role within his 3 years in estate agency allowed Jay to find his vocation.
His strength is his ability to recognise his customers unique circumstances and show commitment and perseverance to get the best solution available to them. Identifying that every client deserves a tailored service early in his career has led to Jays success.
Jay’s family is at the heart of his work ethic. Answering to a young family, his son and wife take the majority of his limited spare time. When possible Jay likes being outside, taking walks and spending time in the gym.
Natalie Naylor, Office Manager, PA to Directors and Financial Adviser
Natalie’s been in financial services for 6 years after joining Oxford Mortgage Company in 2015. Her background is in employment law and heath and safety consultancy for 6 years previous. Shes enjoys spending time with her family and socialising and when shes not in the office you will find her on a beach somewhere with a cocktail.
